Originally developed for self-defense, tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that has evolved into a graceful form of exercise now used for stress reduction and a variety of health conditions, according to the Mayo Clinic. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.

Classes are free to participants of all ages, and all classes will be led by instructor Dixie Squires.
